April Feature Artist - Peter Augustin
Peter Augustin is originally from Slovenia. After living and working as an artist in Zurich he relocated to New Zealand where his modern expressionist style has gained him a loyal following. Peter's work has been exhibited many times in Zurich and he has featured in numerous exhibitions in Europe and New Zealand.
“My work reflects the passion and inspiration of being an artist. It is symbolic, full of colours, emotions and is part of a larger context of cultures and rhythms of life of the present and future in the countries visited. Figures and faces have been a major part of my work in Switzerland and here in New Zealand.”
