 A Custom Made Painting

Most artists exhibiting with Kiwi Art House will paint a custom made artwork. The advantages are you decide on the subject and what goes into the painting, while leaving composition to the artist.   The painting is be made to the size you need and your budget.

Examples from Kiwi Art House Gallery artists include, an oil of a family walking along Oriental Bay in Wellington by Zad Jabbour, a watercolour of husband and wife in Wellington's Cuba Mall by Dianne Taylor, a watercolour of a South Island sheep station where a wedding was held, by George Thompson, a scene of the Marlborough sounds for a wedding gift, by Dianne Taylor, a Wellington villa and neighbouring houses for the home owner, by George Thompson.

Prices and Payment. Prices are usually close to whatever the artist normally charges for similar sized work. Usually payment is only required once the client is happy and there is no obligation if you decided not to take the painting.

Portrait Paintings

A  beautiful portrait painting can capture the true essence of a loved one - their spark of life, far better than a photograph. Such a painting becomes a family treasure to last a lifetime and down future generations.

Two talented artists offer their services as portrait painters.  Both have high skill levels and years of experience. Their styles  are different so you can choose the artist who best suits your personal tastes. The paintings are done from photographs. Details of what photos of a subject required will be provided.

Zad Jabbour is a highly experienced and skilled artist from Lebanon. One of his specialities is portraiture.

Janet Marshall has many years' experience as a painter and is famous for her New Zealand native bird paintings, also available through this site. She is also a talented portrait painter who has received commendations and made finals in award competitions.
